for the digital product “The Dreamers Club – 30 Day Access”

1. Service Description
This product grants 30 days of access to a private WhatsApp community called The Dreamers Club. Within this group, members receive access to editing videos, behind-the-scenes insights, personal thoughts & creative resources from Erik Winter. The group also provides space for connection and exchange.

2. Access & Use
Access is personal & begins upon delivery of the WhatsApp group link via email. Sharing the group link or content outside the group is not permitted. Please treat all members and content with respect & confidentiality.

3. Pricing & Payment
The 30-day access is sold for €35. Payment is processed through the available payment providers in the online store. Lifetime access is granted to past or future workshop participants at no extra cost.

4. No Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing this digital product, you agree that the service begins before the end of the legal cancellation period. Therefore, your right of withdrawal expires upon access to the product (§ 356 BGB).

5. Liability
No guarantee is given for specific results, engagement, or outcomes through participation in the community. The content is offered in good faith and without liability.

6. Lifetime Access for Workshop Participants
Anyone who has participated in a past workshop, or is registered for an upcoming one, receives lifetime access to The Dreamers Club. Please reach out directly to activate your access.

7. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Germany. German law applies to all agreements.
